The answer; obviously the track was bad enough for all 8 Pro Stock drivers to walk away from Phoenix, not to finish the event. Read what Competition Plus wrote up on it, it is never worth risking wrecking your car due to track conditions. I am glad that none of the drivers got hurt at the event; I know a woman died due to a freak accident here, I am not sure if that was due to the track condition.

HOW BAD CAN A RACE TRACK BE?
Friday, February 26th, 2010SAM HUBEINETTE GOT IT GOING ON
Friday, February 26th, 2010With all the talk on Wreckedmag and in the drift world about Hubinette driving for Dodge and putting his own program together for 2010, we can assume he must be pretty busy. Here is a commercial he shot with Volvo; he has gotten incredible of coverage himself.
BLOCK TESTING AT THE 2010 100 ACRE WOOD RALLY
Friday, February 26th, 2010This upcoming weekend, Block and co driver, Alex Gelsomino, are attempting to take on the strong competition at the 100 Acre Wood Rally looking for their 5th consecutive win at this event. If they do this, it will be an incredible accomplishment in the world of American Rally; especially for Block after his finish at the Sno Drift event.
SUPERCAR WEEKEND
Thursday, February 25th, 2010Its not all that often that car fanatics have the opportunity to view so many exotics in one common location! Although West Palm Beach, Fla. is one of the least common locations in the US, in my eyes. Mega-yachts, Mansions, High Rises, shopping, and amazing places to dine, not to mention the intercoastal waterway, and right across the way is Palm Beach & the oceanfront, the epicenter of everything luxury, and everything else that is fine, and desired by the social elite.
Where else would there be a better place to bring together all of the worlds most expensive fine automobiles from Ferrari’s, & Lamborghinis, to ultra-exotics like
Koenigsegg’s & Carerra GT’s, not to mention some of the rarest vintage cars on earth. The West Palm Beach waterfront makes for an exceptional backdrop to a luxurious car show, and is a perfect blend asthetically with the brand we’ve learned to call Suprcar Expierience.
This is my third consecutive year going to the event, which is always a great time, and a really nice way to escape the NJ winter cold.

RYAN TUERCK OFF SEASON
Wednesday, February 24th, 2010
Ryan Tuerck & his personal S13, team up with Andrew Laputka / Shoot First Media, at a secluded parking lot somewhere in the cold Northeast, and displays some amazing drifting footage, and leaves no doubt to the question of whether or not he deserves to be considered one of the driftings elite!
We are happy to see Ryan’s car back on the road, and would love to know what kind of damage that turtle did to the camera!
STREET WARS 1 E-TOWN MARCH 6TH
Wednesday, February 24th, 2010The first event of the year is coming up; it is an Evo vs. WRX-STI shoot out on March 6th. Then the Import Survival Series will be on the 28th. The first event of the year is always a good one to hit, because you have the racers itching to get back out to see how the off season improvements will hold up.
