For those of you who weren’t lucky enough to witness the mad convention known as SEMA, no worries because Michael Nguyen was there filming for Studio Mountain. Here is a little peice of what’s known in the industry as the trade show of all trade shows!
Every year, SEMA also presents an enormous trade show in Las Vegas. This is where manufacturers unveil their latest offerings, while buyers, distributors and members of the press walk their feet off to see it all. Visit SEMAShow.com for more information.
The variety is astonishing, from restyling accessories and automotive organizers to engine parts, restoration supplies, street-rod components and safety enhancements.
Lately me and the boys have been having some heated table tennis matches, we are all rather competitive and can hold our own against one another. The other day I came across this video that stopped me dead in my tracks and made me realize that we all still have a long way to go before we can consider ourselves on top of the game.
Check out the guy at the 1:32 mark that catches the opponent with the behind the back shot for the win (amazing), reminds you to never celebrate before the whistle always finish the game until the play is dead. He raises his hands as if “yes” I just got that, and then boom, dude returns the ball and catches him completely off guard. Classic Play!
Vaughn Gittin Jr needs no introduction, he’s been tearing up drift circuits from here to China through-out 2011. His campaign is unreal, and appears to be unstoppable! I don’t think this man sleeps, in other words this dude’s on fire!
