Great effort in catching all of the mayhem at he last round of Formula Drift, Irwindale Speedway 2 weeks ago by Loren Haleston. This event shaped up to be one of the best FD rounds in history! The battle for the #1 spot was up in the air, but in the end it seemed nobody could match the numbers posted by Dai Yoshihara this season!
Mark Lenardon was on hand in Irwindale, and obviously worked extremely hard since then to edit & drop this video.
It’s no secret that the final Formula D Round at Irwindale was an amzing event this year. The championship was on the line and could have possibly ended up in numerous hands, luckily for the spectators it was down to the wire. When the smoke cleared it was Tyler Mcquarrie’s event, and Dai Yoshihara’s year! Another season of Formula Drift in the books, and I cant think of a better way to go out then with this unbelievable edit by Mark Lenardon who somehow during all the fury and excitement still had the ability to catch all of the shenanigans that were occuring that night!
Tandem off Die teasers are always released like rapid fire after the Formula D Events! Joey Ayala and Justin Shreeve have always brought their A-Game and are quickly finding themselves a way to the top tier in motorsport videography!
The Scion Racing teams take to the Streets of Willow Road Course in Rosamond, California for quick practice session and to meet the newest member of the SR Family, X-Games Gold Medalist Bucky Lasek.
THE MYTH, THE LEGEND, THE TRACK…it really does exist, it’s not an illusion in the desert! I’m not sure that their could be a better track to display the art of drifting anywhere else in the world! The voice of Formula D gets the week started off right by introducing us to the legendary Yas Marina Circuit, and interviewing some powerhouses of the sport! Thanks to DRIFTSTREAM no fan will be left out, we will all be able to watch this event live and direct!
Scion has chosen two great spokesmen and drivers for their program. Usually watching videos that are over 6 minutes, I loose attention and fast forward through it, but I didn’t mind listening to Tanner and Gushi; whoever does their filming and editing does a very good job.
Ken Gushi vs. Tanner Foust in top 16 makes for the second year in a row that these guys meet in Atlanta. Tanner Foust is not having much luck advancing past Gushi at this event. I am glad to see all the behind the scenes from the drivers and the upgrades during the off season, it makes for a good show.
